The supporters of Madrojo booed when Akademia F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Flor didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Jesus Garaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Akademia F.C's Fulgencio Heli. Fulgencio Heli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jesus Garaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Heli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Pirmin in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Madrojo's Jesus Garaona made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Heli was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 17 played minutes Akademia F.C got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Ibar. Romeo Fliz charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Fliz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romeo Fliz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Jesus Garaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Madrojo's Jesus Garaona in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fulgencio Heli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesus Garaona's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Madrojo's Jesus Garaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Heli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Inocencio Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Cilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Alberto Flor threw the ball into play from the sideline. Madrojo's Marcos Tanio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fulgencio Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Garaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Garaona to make the kick off. Jesus Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Jesus Garaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Heli was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. If Laureano Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Chano in the 58th minute of play forced Madrojo's goalkeeper Inocencio Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bonifacio Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Akademia F.C got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Chano. If Laureano Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jesus Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Jesus Garaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jesus Garaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madrojo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesus Garaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Heli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute, Akademia F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Filomeno Pirmin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Joel Tonio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Heli having to make a save. When Madrojo's Jesus Garaona in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akademia F.C's goalie prevented a goal. 92 minutes into the match, Akademia F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Garaona came free, but Fulgencio Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Akademia F.C's goalkeeper Fulgencio Heli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filomeno Pirmin. In the 97th minute, Ramon Cilio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Akademia F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Madrojo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
