With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicasio Kiliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Paragüil's zone, Ezequiel Mikelats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Kiliz came out of the goal and Ezequiel Mikelats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ezequiel Mikelats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Kiliz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, David Neron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escoipe AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Neron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicasio Kiliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Nicasio Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Dabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Berart in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Escoipe AFC's David Neron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicasio Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ezequiel Mikelats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nicasio Kiliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ezequiel Mikelats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Neron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Paragüil's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Mikelats came free, but Nicasio Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Neron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Neron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicasio Kiliz having to make a save. Ezequiel Mikelats scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicasio Kiliz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobo Rojelio to make the kick off. If Ezequiel Mikelats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Ezequiel Mikelats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ezequiel Mikelats came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Escoipe AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Mikelats couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the match, Paragüil's goalkeeper Nicasio Kiliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Neron. Ezequiel Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Mikelats's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicasio Kiliz was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Nicasio Kiliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Mikelats's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Paragüil's goalkeeper Nicasio Kiliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Neron. Paragüil's Nicasio Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Mikelats in the 79th minute of play. After 84th play minutes Ezequiel Mikelats shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Nicasio Kiliz and just under the crossbar into goal. Esteban Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Kiliz having to interfere. David Neron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nicasio Kiliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Salvador Sanchez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paragüil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Escoipe AFC the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Salvador Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Paragüil's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Mikelats came free, but Nicasio Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Ezequiel Mikelats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Escoipe AFC played a much better game than Paragüil and deserved their victory. The Paragüil players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
