Niceto Cefero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Niceto Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Celipe in the 9th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Invulnerable F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dante Eder came free, but Cristo Orlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Banegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes, Mauricio Manni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pacará AFC and the Invulnerable F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Pacará AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Manni. Niceto Cefero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pacará AFC booed when Invulnerable F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sait Rustem didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29 played minutes, Invulnerable F.C.'s Sait Rustem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niceto Cefero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Invulnerable F.C. reached it. Niceto Cefero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Celipe in the 39th minute of the match. Niceto Cefero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Fernado, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half Invulnerable F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Eder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Invulnerable F.C.'s Sait Rustem got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ciro Maria charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Maria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ciro Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Mauricio Manni was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Pacará AFC's Mauricio Manni got a free kick in the 68th minute. Paulo Fernado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Niceto Cefero made a huge save. The supporters of Invulnerable F.C. booed when Pacará AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Noe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Celestino Quentin in the 79th minute really tested Niceto Cefero's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cristo Orlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Indartsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Pacará AFC's goalkeeper Niceto Cefero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Banegas. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Invulnerable F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
