The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Fernet y Fasito booed when Talleres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Jax didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alberto Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Talleres FC's Aquilino Socorro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Talleres FC from getting a goal against them. Bernabe Urre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Aquilino Socorro made a huge save. Sebastian Jax kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Guto Lago hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Talleres FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Serapio to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Talleres FC got a freekick which was hit by Guto Lago. Bernabe Urre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Olando scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Socorro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruben Loren charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Loren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Talleres FC's Aquilino Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Frutos in the 65th minute of play. Aquilino Socorro came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Fernet y Fasito's Honorio Olando. But to his dismay, Honorio Olando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Fernet y Fasito's zone, Amado Benet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Estebe came out of the goal and Amado Benet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Frutos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquilino Socorro having to make a save. Julian Estebe was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Rafael Serapio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafael Serapio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Aquilino Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute Fernet y Fasito were awarded a corner. Wilfredo Nerio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Fernet y Fasito's Wilfredo Nerio to fire away a dangerous shot which Aquilino Socorro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Aquilino Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Frutos in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Serapio in the 86th minute of play forced Fernet y Fasito's goalkeeper Julian Estebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Godoy's late challenge caught a Fernet y Fasito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Godoy helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Talleres FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fernet y Fasito:s goal. Moises Fresco's late challenge caught a Talleres FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Fresco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Moises Fresco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amado Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Julian Estebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernet y Fasito walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
