With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Txaran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute Edelmiro Etxeberri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Txaran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Txaran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edelmiro Etxeberri went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Raimundo Crescencio fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suriyaco's protests and gave Raimundo Crescencio a yellow card for diving instead. Raimundo Crescencio hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Leonardo Txaran came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Suriyaco's Ricardo Gai. But to his dismay, Ricardo Gai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Suriyaco booed when Hurlingham AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Txaran was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Raimundo Crescencio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raimundo Crescencio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Suriyaco's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
