Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guillermo Gergori started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Golpes FC booed when Buenas Nuevas C.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Mogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Buenas Nuevas C.A's Erubiel Nafarroa got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Erubiel Nafarroa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Emmanuel in the 24th minute of play forced Golpes FC's goalkeeper Prospero Oroitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golpes FC's Prospero Oroitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Matxin in the 29th minute of play. Prospero Oroitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Burni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buenas Nuevas C.A's Erubiel Nafarroa got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Golpes FC's Prospero Oroitz got control of the ball when Erubiel Nafarroa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Buenas Nuevas C.A's Eleuterio Matxin in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Golpes FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 43 played minutes Buenas Nuevas C.A got a freekick which was hit by Justo Araoz. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Golpes FC's Guillermo Gergori in the 52nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Teo Nel was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Buenas Nuevas C.A through an amazing save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Gergori in the 55th minute of play forced Buenas Nuevas C.A's goalkeeper Teo Nel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Eleuterio Matxin took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prospero Oroitz. Prospero Oroitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Eleuterio Matxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Oroitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eleuterio Matxin ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Golpes FC booed when Buenas Nuevas C.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Araoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Erubiel Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Buenas Nuevas C.A's Justo Araoz got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 81 played minutes Buenas Nuevas C.A got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Nafarroa. Justo Araoz got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 87th match minute, Buenas Nuevas C.A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Araoz to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Burni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Oroitz having to interfere. Buenas Nuevas C.A's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
