Juan Charro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Charro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Ganix having to interfere. If Boris Bank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aureliano Pacho came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Sirrochi F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Pacho couldn't finish the play. Verna AFC's Guaberto Ganix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Verna AFC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Verna AFC's zone, Juan Charro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Ganix came out of the goal and Juan Charro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, one of Sirrochi F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Juan Charro came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Sirrochi F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Charro couldn't finish the play. Verna AFC's Guaberto Ganix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Verna AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute, Juan Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leo Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Clemencin came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Verna AFC's Leo Pelagius. But to his dismay, Leo Pelagius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leo Pelagius made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Verna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Chan. Leo Pelagius succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 60 minutes into the match, Sirrochi F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Pelagius came free, but Patricio Clemencin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boris Bank in the 65th minute of play forced Verna AFC's goalkeeper Guaberto Ganix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Charro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Ganix having to interfere. Boris Bank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patricio Clemencin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Pelagius in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sirrochi F.C's Rafael Txema got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boris Bank in the 77th minute of play forced Verna AFC's goalkeeper Guaberto Ganix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sirrochi F.C's Boris Bank got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Sirrochi F.C's Juan Charro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guaberto Ganix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Juan Charro struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Guaberto Ganix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sirrochi F.C. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Charro during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Verna AFC booed when Sirrochi F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Charro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sirrochi F.C's Juan Charro got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Verna AFC booed when Sirrochi F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Txema didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Sirrochi F.C lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
