Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Urizar AFC's Godofredo James started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Miguel Jusepe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. German Frutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Rufio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo James went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Rigoberto Galoer kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. With his leg German Frutos managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Medrano's Miguel Jusepe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Medrano were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Urizar AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Humberto Uxio took the corner. Humberto Uxio made a great header on Medrano's corner, it was just that Urizar AFC's German Frutos managed to reach the ball for a save. Miguel Jusepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Frutos having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Urizar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Uxio came free, but German Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Jusepes short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got German Frutos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Miguel Jusepe could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which German Frutos however easily saved by the left post. Humberto Uxio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Frutos having to interfere. Urizar AFC's German Frutos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Urizar AFC from getting a goal against them. Augusto Banegas's late challenge caught a Medrano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Banegas helped the player get up and apologised. Medrano's Miguel Jusepe got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 45 minutes, Arsenio Mederi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urizar AFC and the Medrano players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arsenio Mederi hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half Urizar AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Jusepe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Urizar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Galoer. Bruno Rufio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo James in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Urizar AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Banegas to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Jusepe in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck German Frutos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Jose Crispo made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Rufio. Medrano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 69 minutes into the match, Urizar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Jusepe came free, but German Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Urizar AFC's Bruno Rufio threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Godofredo James, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Medrano's Silvestre Rolado got a free kick in the 74th minute. Bruno Rufio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo James in the 77th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, Medrano's German Cordaro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. German Frutos was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Humberto Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Urizar AFC's goalkeeper German Frutos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The attack was good, but when German Cordaro in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 88th minute, one of Urizar AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Urizar AFC. Augusto Banegas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, German Cordaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. German Frutos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Medrano had played much better football throughout.
