Dario Demario received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Israel Pacifico came out and tried to block the shot, but Dario Demario slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. 邵挺宁 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15th play minutes Dario Demario shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Israel Pacifico and just under the crossbar into goal. When El Potrero FC's Dario Demario in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Igarzábal FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Tomas Ofelio fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Igarzábal FC's protests and gave Tomas Ofelio a yellow card for diving instead. Tomas Ofelio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match, 邵挺宁 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Israel Pacifico saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Israel Pacifico was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and 邵挺宁 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 邵挺宁 really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. El Potrero FC's Kjartan Odland got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, El Potrero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Fernanco came free, but João Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Fernanco in the 43rd minute of play. In the 48th minute, Nereo Chabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Igarzábal FC's zone, Kjartan Odland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Pacifico came out of the goal and Kjartan Odland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rene Veto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58thth minute of the game Dario Demario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Igarzábal FC's Israel Pacifico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute of the match El Potrero FC got a corner. Igarzábal FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kjartan Odland ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Kjartan Odland almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Igarzábal FC's Israel Pacifico did a great save. In the 60th minute Rene Veto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Igarzábal FC defense, Dario Demario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Israel Pacifico. The Igarzábal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Israel Pacifico should have stopped the shot. Israel Pacifico came out of the goal and Kjartan Odland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 played minutes Igarzábal FC got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Edwardo. After having played for 70 minutes, Kjartan Odland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Potrero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjartan Odland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rene Veto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Maia having to interfere. Celedonio Luken took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Israel Pacifico. Israel Pacifico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Celedonio Luken's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Israel Pacifico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. João Maia made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Ciro Fernanco sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute, Dario Demario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Potrero FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
