Spectators: 6640 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nestor Gonzales made the kick off which started today's match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Feliciano Abaunza put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Manilan. After a defensive mix-up in Derqui FC's zone, Feliciano Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Manilan came out of the goal and Feliciano Abaunza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Abaunza in the 12th minute of the match. Esteban Sergis short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Jose Firman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cortines's Östen Modig got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Derqui FC's Sebastian Manilan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Santos in the 19th minute of play. Feliciano Abaunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sebastian Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Ishmael in the 25th minute of play forced Cortines's goalkeeper Jose Firman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cortines fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Cortines's Feliciano Abaunza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Esteban Sergi came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jose Firman could save by the left post. Sebastian Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Santos in the 32nd minute of play. Feliciano Abaunza took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Manilan. Sebastian Manilan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

52 minutes into the match, Derqui FC's Esteban Sergi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jose Firman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Gonzales in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Firman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Abaunza in the 63rd minute of play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Derqui FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Manilan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sebastian Manilan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Esteban Sergi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Abaunza in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Manilan saved Derqui FC from getting behind. João Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Sebastian Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Transito's late challenge caught a Cortines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Transito helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Derqui FC's Alvaro Transito got a free kick in the 84th minute. Cortines's Feliciano Abaunza was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Cortines getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Pastor Andrade hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Delmar Panpili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Östen Modig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Cortines's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Gonzales came free, but Jose Firman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cortines's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
