Igor Ramone who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Simon Fernandes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 4th minute of the match, Gualterio Jax tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Simon Fernandes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 8th match minute, Florencia Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Ramone to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Florencia Futbol Club booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Gai didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Igor Ramone put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Simon Fernandes. 22 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Simon Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Ramone. Simon Fernandes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gualterio Jax's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Gualterio Jax was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Florencia Futbol Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Simon Fernandes was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Gualterio Jax capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gualterio Jax really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Simon Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Gualterio Jax reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Simon Fernandes. The goal made the score 3-0. Juan Endira might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Fernandes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Endira ran back to his position shaking his head. Igor Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Simon Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Jax in the 61st minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Simon Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Florencia Futbol Club's Gualterio Jax in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Ramone came free, but Simon Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Elia kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Igor Ramone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4-0 became the score in the 72nd minute when Igor Ramone elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. German Froylan's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Froylan helped the player get up and apologised. German Froylan kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Rodrigo Gai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Florencia Futbol Club's Igor Ramone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Fernandes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in San Lorenzo's zone, Igor Ramone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Fernandes came out of the goal and Igor Ramone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Igor Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Simon Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Lugo made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jorge Marino.
