Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudio Gonzo started the match with the kick off. When Cienfuegos's Claudio Gonzo in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Totoral FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Totoral FC's Celso Montrel got control of the ball when Nestor Marcones tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Cienfuegos fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Cienfuegos's Claudio Gonzo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Honorato Seguinus came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Totoral FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Seguinus couldn't finish the play. Feliciano Dino's late challenge caught a Totoral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliciano Dino helped the player get up and apologised. Totoral FC's Marcelo Aureo was substituted for Omar Hurko. After a rather tough play, Cienfuegos's Feliciano Dino got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Aureo in the 16th minute of play forced Cienfuegos's goalkeeper Eduardo Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Montrel had great luck who in the 20thth minute grab hold of the ball when Claudio Gonzo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Claudio Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes, Marcelo Aureo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cienfuegos's Eduardo Nazario tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudio Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Totoral FC's Honorato Seguinus got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cienfuegos's Feliciano Dino got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Marcelo Aureo scored 1-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Nazario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Totoral FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelo Aureo made a kick off. Celso Montrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Gonzo in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Blasco in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Montrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, Nestor Marcones made a precise shot to the right of Celso Montrel. Totoral FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Ernesto Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. A collision led to Cienfuegos getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ramon Blasco hit a great ball. Marcelo Aureo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-3 to the left of a surprised Eduardo Nazario 69 minutes into the match. Claudio Gonzo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Celso Montrel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cienfuegos. In the 75th minute Nestor Marcones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Nazario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Aureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramon Blasco during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Cienfuegos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Blasco to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Aureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eduardo Nazario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Montrel came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Cienfuegos's Claudio Gonzo. But to his dismay, Claudio Gonzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Nestor Marcones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cienfuegos's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Marcones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Montrel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Totoral FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cienfuegos had controlled the match.
