When Ladislao Raitin fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chapa y Bandera F.C.'s protests and gave Ladislao Raitin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chapa y Bandera F.C.'s Ladislao Raitin got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Ariando in the 8th minute of play forced Chapa y Bandera F.C.'s goalkeeper Virgilio Frans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Chapa y Bandera F.C.'s Ladislao Raitin got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Lucio Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ranchos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Ariando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lucio Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the game, Gregorio Chorche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chapa y Bandera F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ranchos the free kick. When Lucio Ariando came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Ranchos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Ariando couldn't finish the play.

Ranchos's Ezequiel Enaut got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucio Ariando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Lucio Ariando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matias Roano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Frans having to interfere. Lucio Ariando scored 0-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Virgilio Frans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucio Ariando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Virgilio Frans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Precioso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ranchos played a much better game than Chapa y Bandera F.C. and deserved their victory. The Chapa y Bandera F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
