Chillar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Castulo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Sebastian Tristan succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 80th minute, Romulo Esdras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Felipe Bibiano in the 82nd minute really tested Godfredo Vergaray's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chillar's goalkeeper Ernesto Gutierrez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chillar's Israel Hechter got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Olavarria had played much better football throughout.
