Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Unanué FC's Martin Ricart started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnulfo Blanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 played minutes Unanué FC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Primo. Cirilo Beti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Ricart in the 23rd minute of play. Victorino Palban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Beti having to interfere. Sixto Argina charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sixto Argina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, Unanué FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Argina to maneuver through the defense. Unanué FC's Arnulfo Blanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Loureiro in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Jimeno Raymundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th match minute, Unanué FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Raymundo to maneuver through the defense. Arnulfo Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Chazen, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Normando during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnulfo Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Loureiro in the 39th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wojciech Chazen to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Loureiro in the 55th minute of play forced Unanué FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Blanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Severiano Normando made a precise shot to the right of Cirilo Beti. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 60th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Odon to maneuver through the defense. In the 62ndth minute of the game Martin Ricart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Cirilo Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute, Unanué FC's Severiano Normando seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Severiano Normando the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Unanué FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Severiano Normando had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unanué FC! Atilano Odons short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Arnulfo Blanco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Ricart in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Beti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jimeno Raymundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the game, Victorino Palban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Cirilo Beti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martin Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Beti having to interfere. Kaká Vieira hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Racing Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Unanué FC.
