With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Gregory in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafino Procopio saved Espanyol F.C from getting behind. After 7 minutes, Isidoro Aballe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espanyol F.C and the Miranda players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes Espanyol F.C got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Aballe. After having played for 13 minutes, Segundo Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miranda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Gregory was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Emiliano Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miranda's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Marquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafino Procopio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes Miranda got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Johans. After a defensive mix-up in Miranda's zone, Hatemi Derman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Sayvion came out of the goal and Hatemi Derman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hatemi Derman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Sayvion having to interfere. After 24 minutes, Segundo Gregory made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Espanyol F.C's Serafino Procopio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hatemi Derman in the 31st minute of play forced Miranda's goalkeeper Erubiel Sayvion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isidoro Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Espanyol F.C's Serafino Procopio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Gregory in the 36th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Miranda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Edorta to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Segundo Gregory made the kick off in the second half. Segundo Gregory received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafino Procopio came out and tried to block the shot, but Segundo Gregory slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 57th minute. In the 64th minute, Emiliano Marquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafino Procopio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 67 minutes into the match, Espanyol F.C's goalkeeper Serafino Procopio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Marquez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hatemi Derman in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erubiel Sayvion saved Miranda from getting behind. If Urbano Maurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clodoveo Johans hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Serafino Procopio made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Emiliano Marquez sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Miranda booed when Espanyol F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Federigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emiliano Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Procopio having to interfere. Miranda's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
