Gualter Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ciro Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Aurken charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. ELPOLLOMASRICO's Luciano Feliz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save ELPOLLOMASRICO from getting a goal against them. When Saverio Ihazintu fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elisa's protests and gave Saverio Ihazintu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ELPOLLOMASRICO booed when Elisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualter Teles might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Honesto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After 37 played minutes, Elisa's Denis Baladi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luciano Feliz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elisa reached it. Elisa's Denis Baladi suffered a sore thigh after 38 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of Elisa booed when ELPOLLOMASRICO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gualter Teles was the one to do the kick off. ELPOLLOMASRICO's Luciano Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Ihazintu in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Saverio Ihazintu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Feliz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Luciano Feliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Ihazintu, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Elisa's Justino Aurken nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luciano Feliz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 72nd match minute, ELPOLLOMASRICO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Nesto to maneuver through the defense. When Saverio Ihazintu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualter Teles in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Honesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When ELPOLLOMASRICO's Gualter Teles in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elisa's goalie prevented a goal. After 85th play minutes Justino Aurken shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Luciano Feliz and just under the crossbar into goal. ELPOLLOMASRICO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
