Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felipe Salvidor made the kick off which started today's match. Felipe Salvidor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolfo Vermudo came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipe Salvidor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Salvidor in the 8th minute of play forced Tolombón's goalkeeper Adolfo Vermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisito Gilen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Adolfo Vermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes in the game, Felipe Salvidor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Adolfo Vermudo having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Felipe Salvidor took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Adolfo Vermudo to make any attempt to save it. Arturo Francesco kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Felipe Salvidor might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Vermudo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Salvidor ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 25 minutes, Felipe Salvidor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamaguita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Salvidor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tolombón's Adolfo Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Salvidor in the 26th minute of play. If Felipe Salvidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisito Gilen struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Adolfo Vermudo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mamaguita FC. Mamaguita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tolombón the free kick. The supporters of Tolombón booed when Mamaguita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Paez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Francesco to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Salvidor in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolfo Vermudo saved Tolombón from getting behind. Adolfo Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Gilen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mamaguita FC's Felipe Salvidor in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tolombón's goalie prevented a goal. If Alonzo Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Vermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Gilen in the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Mamaguita FC booed when Tolombón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Santio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Vermudo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Salvidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Adolfo Vermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Salvidor's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisito Gilen in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Vermudo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felipe Salvidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Vermudo having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mamaguita FC had played much better football throughout.
