In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abramo's goalkeeper Norberto Gorka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Dalmacio Bertol fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Igor Reyes, passed just outside the right post. The referee ignored Higuerita's protests and gave Angel Santio a yellow card for diving instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvio Checa to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Bertol in the 57th minute of play forced Higuerita's goalkeeper Igor Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Bertol, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, George Nordmark made a precise shot to the right of Igor Reyes. Higuerita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 4-0 became the score in the 89th minute when Dalmacio Bertol elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Dalmacio Bertol fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abramo's protests and gave Dalmacio Bertol a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Bertol in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Reyes saved Higuerita from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Abramo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
