After a rather tough play, Tabaquillo's Bartolo Ordono got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Paul Bebeșel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Robustiano Hitzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Bartolo Ordono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Antonio Savier made a huge save. Santiago Romelio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joel Abar made the kick off in the second half. Cafayate F.C's Antonio Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Abar in the 54th minute of play. Ariel Perutxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Jaunti in the 60th minute of the match. When Bartolo Ordono fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tabaquillo's protests and gave Bartolo Ordono a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, one of Tabaquillo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tabaquillo. The referee gave Cafayate F.C a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Manuel Nabar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tabaquillo's Ariel Perutxo. 2-1. Cafayate F.C were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Tabaquillo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manuel Nabar took the corner. Manuel Nabar made a great header on Cafayate F.C's corner, it was just that Tabaquillo's Ariel Perutxo managed to reach the ball for a save. Ariel Perutxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Abar in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Savier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antonio Savier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Romelio went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 92 played minutes Tabaquillo got a freekick which was hit by Joel Abar. In the 96th minute Robustiano Hitzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
