Spectators: 6010 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aquilino Modestio made the kick off which started today's match. Cafayate F.C's Paul Bebeșel got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Humberto Tono recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anibal Osorio. Humberto Tono showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Anibal Osorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Jaunti in the 11th minute of the match. Humberto Tono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Anibal Osorio made a huge save. Anibal Osorio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Tono in the 17th minute. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by GalonesFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manuel Nabar was slow to take the kick. During this time Cafayate F.C's players had a chance to rest. Paul Bebeșel was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With his leg Anibal Osorio managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Cafayate F.C's Humberto Tono fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leopoldo Lalla during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leopoldo Lalla hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Humberto Tono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, GalonesFC's Anibal Osorio got control of the ball when Humberto Tono tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Humberto Tono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cafayate F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Tono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 37 minutes, Felipe Bartuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GalonesFC and the Cafayate F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felipe Bartuelo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Celso Jaunti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anibal Osorio. The goal made the score 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Tono to make the kick off. GalonesFC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Cafayate F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Angelo Sarracino took the corner. Anibal Osorio came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Cafayate F.C's Humberto Tono. But to his dismay, Humberto Tono quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Leopoldo Lalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Savier having to interfere. Anibal Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Tono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cafayate F.C's goalkeeper Antonio Savier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Humberto Tono sped through GalonesFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anibal Osorio. In the 83rd minute Humberto Tono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humberto Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Osorio having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Humberto Tono notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of GalonesFC's Anibal Osorio. Anibal Osorio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Tono in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Osorio saved GalonesFC from getting behind. The Cafayate F.C fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Cafayate F.C's Humberto Tono looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Humberto Tono struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Anibal Osorio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cafayate F.C. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cafayate F.C fully deserved thier win.
