Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) La Taberna de Moe's Emmanuel Celis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Emmanuel Celis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Taberna de Moe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emmanuel Celis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Sadurni during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 15 minutes into the game, Eusebio Urtun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Guido Joey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Valente in the 23rd minute of play forced Higuerita's goalkeeper Guido Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artemio Servando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute Eusebio Urtun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Higuerita's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuel Celis came free, but Guido Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higuerita's Guido Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmanuel Celis in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Emmanuel Celis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higuerita's Guido Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Urtun in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Higuerita getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Mario Pueblo hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Albino Orzaize left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Taberna de Moe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 42nd minute of the match Ciriaco Brion shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guido Joey showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Higuerita's Cosme Sadurni got his second yellow card of the match in the 43rd minute. The referee ordered Cosme Sadurni off the ground.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artemio Servando to make the kick off. Eusebio Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Joey having to interfere. Guido Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emmanuel Celis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emmanuel Celis in the 58th minute of play forced Higuerita's goalkeeper Guido Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iker Jerano took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guido Joey. Guido Joey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Eusebio Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Guido Joey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guido Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Celis in the 65th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Walme during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of La Taberna de Moe booed when Higuerita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Walme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guido Joey was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Albino Orzaize. In the 70th minute, Ciriaco Brion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Pueblo's late challenge caught a La Taberna de Moe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Pueblo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Mario Pueblo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Joey acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Albino Orzaize. Higuerita's Guido Joey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Higuerita from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Eusebio Urtun could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Guido Joey however easily saved by the left post. When the final whistle sounded La Taberna de Moe left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Higuerita.
