When Miguel Gelacio fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sangre Fria Club's protests and gave Miguel Gelacio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Somos Nosotros booed when Sangre Fria Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gelacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sangre Fria Club's Gualterio Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Gabon in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sangre Fria Club's zone, Americo Bernard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Txatxu came out of the goal and Americo Bernard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualterio Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Bernard in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Feliciano Rayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 40 minutes, Osvaldo Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Somos Nosotros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Gabon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Gabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gualterio Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Tobias Locaio made the kick off in the second half. Tobias Locaio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Bernad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Teo Azibar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gualterio Txatxu. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. Tobias Locaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Bernad having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Somos Nosotros's Osvaldo Gabon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gualterio Txatxu. That made the score 0-4 after 69 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Teo Azibar took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Gualterio Txatxu to make any attempt to save it. Gualterio Txatxu was a little too slow when Teo Azibar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-6. When Osvaldo Gabon fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Somos Nosotros's protests and gave Osvaldo Gabon a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Somos Nosotros got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Gabon. In the 92nd minute, Tobias Locaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Bernad was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. When the final whistle sounded Somos Nosotros left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sangre Fria Club.
