After some careless play in the Ullún AFC defense, Israel Iago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Kinnieson. The Ullún AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Kinnieson should have stopped the shot. Mark Kinnieson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Dei, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Galo in the 12th minute of play forced Berutti AFC's goalkeeper Rômulo Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo Cordeiro having to interfere. Marcos Eneas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Rômulo Cordeiro made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Berutti AFC's goalkeeper Rômulo Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Eneas. Ullún AFC's Mark Kinnieson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Dei in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Berutti AFC's zone, Marcos Eneas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rômulo Cordeiro came out of the goal and Marcos Eneas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florentino Aires's late challenge caught a Ullún AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florentino Aires helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ullún AFC booed when Berutti AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Aires didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes Berutti AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Ibar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Israel Iago to make the kick off. If Albano Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 minutes of play, Ullún AFC's Tomas Sabino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rômulo Cordeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauricio Dei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rômulo Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Galo in the 72nd minute of the match. Berutti AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ullún AFC the free kick. A collision led to Berutti AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Mauricio Dei hit a great ball. If Marcos Eneas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Froilan Laurentzi fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berutti AFC's protests and gave Froilan Laurentzi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd match minute, Berutti AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Laurentzi to maneuver through the defense. Rômulo Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Eneas in the 84th minute of play. Emanuel Correia hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Berutti AFC's Edelmiro Baristo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ullún AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
