When Rosendo Casomiro fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aguayo's protests and gave Rosendo Casomiro a yellow card for diving instead. Rosendo Casomiro hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Pablo Gentza sped through Aguayo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnulfo Eusko. The supporters of Aguayo booed when Cristian Fabbiani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelson Couto's late challenge caught a Aguayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nelson Couto helped the player get up and apologised. Aguayo's Nicanor Oroitz was substituted for Rosendo Casomiro. The supporters of Aguayo booed when Cristian Fabbiani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
