Averías FC's Ubaldo Osorio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 6th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ubaldo Osorio struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Roque Laurin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Averías FC. Omar Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Laurin having to interfere. Ubaldo Osorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Ubaldo Osorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Mauro Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Omar Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Omar Walme came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Averías FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Walme couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Severino Domeka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Urritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Averías FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Osorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Domeka made a kick off. Constantino Urritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Domeka in the 52nd minute of the match. Averías FC's Constantino Urritz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Averías FC from getting a goal against them. If Omar Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Garikoitz got free with Constantino Urritz in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Osorio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roque Laurin. Omar Walme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Laurin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Ubaldo Osorio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Laurin having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Esteban Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Averías FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Domiku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Laurin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Garikoitz got free with Constantino Urritz in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guido Garikoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Constantino Urritz made a huge save. Omar Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There was no doubt that Averías FC were the better team. Averías FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
