The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Ensenada F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saira:s goal. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Saira. Alonzo Jerico stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cosme Mateus. 0-3. Carolo Paskal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Mateus having to interfere. After 25 minutes, Felix Evangelista made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Ensenada F.C.'s Cosme Mateus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Saira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Evangelista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute of the match Alonzo Jerico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cosme Mateus skillfully saved the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Felix Evangelista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ensenada F.C.'s Cosme Mateus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cosme Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Evangelista in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Felix Evangelista notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Ensenada F.C.'s Cosme Mateus. Cosme Mateus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
