The Ben Hur de Rafaela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Muc should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Manuel Rafel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Ben Hur de Rafaela's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Dalmau came free, but Joel Muc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Modesto Lizardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Derwin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Ben Hur de Rafaela's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narciso Pueblo during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Derwin to make the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, Ben Hur de Rafaela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Rafel to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Narciso Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Muc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Ben Hur de Rafaela got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Derwin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Pueblo in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Muc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 77 in the game by Leonides Dalmau from a close distance when the talented Joel Muc managed to make a qualified save. Ben Hur de Rafaela's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Leonides Dalmau put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Muc. Ben Hur de Rafaela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonides Dalmau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Joel Muc made a huge save. Although Ben Hur de Rafaela had been in control for most of the match, Matador de Paso still came away with the win.
