Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Escoya's Jan Rogaars started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Rogaars in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Salomon saved Iruya from getting behind. Placido Bilbo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Amadeo Ubarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 played minutes Iruya got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Ubarna. After 19 played minutes Escoya got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Procopio. After 23 minutes, Jan Rogaars made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Iruya's Francisco Salomon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Filiberto Jago put in a rough tackle. Francisco Salomon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebio Brion during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Iruya's Eusebio Brion got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd match minute, Iruya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Servando to maneuver through the defense. Christian Rocendo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

Escoya's Rene Milio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Unai in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Agustin Procopio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Salomon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Salomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Procopio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Rocendo struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Francisco Salomon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escoya. 62 minutes into the match, Escoya's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Unai came free, but Rene Milio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Escoya's Rene Milio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Unai in the 64th minute of play. Armando Bela kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Iruya got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Unai. Agustin Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Salomon having to interfere. Nunez Servando kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Escoya got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Apostu. 88 minutes into the match, Escoya's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Servando came free, but Rene Milio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Escoya's Geronimo Lordi got a free kick in the 89th minute. Rene Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Ubarna in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Agustin Procopio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escoya's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Procopio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Salomon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Roman Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
