After 39 played minutes Rodeo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Botello. Vicente Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Urtun in the 45th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Niguel got free with Vicente Massa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anastasio Botello made the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Abeita took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Massa. La Coruña B's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
