Domingo Sotero's late challenge caught a Henderson's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Sotero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute of the match, Tomas Barto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silvano Elizardo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anastasio Vela struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Leonides Ordono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The ProxXx FC. A collision led to Henderson getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Mateo Hegoi hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Jaunzuria to make the kick off. Leonides Ordono made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patricio Truylos in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Tomas Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Jaunzuria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonides Ordono having to make a save. In the 72nd minute, Lisandro Havier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute of the match, Emanuel Jaunzuria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leonides Ordono was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emanuel Jaunzuria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonides Ordono read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Emanuel Jaunzuria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Ordono having to interfere. If Emanuel Jaunzuria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute Tomas Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
