Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) Braulio Domiku made the kick off and thus started the match. 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Eliseo Ederono elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Jöystïck F.C. XXV booed when Cachirulo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Haitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Cachirulo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eilif Gertved came free, but Arnaldo Iratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Cirilo Sadurni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachirulo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Sadurni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Ederono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Domiku in the 24th minute of the match. Ernesto Gurutz hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Anastasio Kiliz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eilif Gertved in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Iratze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliseo Ederono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseo Ederono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Saturnin having to interfere. Guaberto Saturnin came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Cachirulo FC's Eliseo Ederono. But to his dismay, Eliseo Ederono quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jöystïck F.C. XXV's goalkeeper Guaberto Saturnin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Eilif Gertved made the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Ederono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Guaberto Saturnin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Cachirulo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eilif Gertved came free, but Arnaldo Iratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braulio Domiku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Ederono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Ederono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Guaberto Saturnin made a huge save. In the 68thth minute of the game Eilif Gertved who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cachirulo FC's Arnaldo Iratze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonel Mark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnaldo Iratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Corderun in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Leonel Mark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Iratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Guaberto Saturnin managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Cachirulo FC's Eliseo Ederono fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 85 minutes into the match, Jöystïck F.C. XXV's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Domiku came free, but Guaberto Saturnin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Leonel Mark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Iratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eilif Gertved in the 88th minute of play forced Cachirulo FC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Iratze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Eilif Gertved had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Iratze. Cachirulo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eilif Gertved was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Eliseo Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Gerardo Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Cachirulo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cachirulo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
