Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Jurdan started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Virreyes AFC's Ladislao Tximitx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amador Gimenez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Virreyes AFC's Ladislao Tximitx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Gimenez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 12th minute Virreyes AFC were awarded a corner. Generoso Oto went to the cornerflag to take it. Virreyes AFC's Ladislao Tximitx got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Virreyes AFC's Narciso Lando got a free kick in the 18th minute. Alejo Raymundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Jurdan in the 20th minute of the match. Amador Gimenez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Ladislao Tximitx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Gimenez having to interfere. Gaspar Remigio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Gimenez having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Virreyes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Jurdan came free, but Alejo Raymundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Independiente Rey's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Narciso Lando fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Independiente Rey getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. David Evangelista hit a great ball. 44 minutes in the game, Ladislao Tximitx fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Amador Gimenez having to interfere. Narciso Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Epifanio Jaunti charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Epifanio Jaunti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After some careless play in the Independiente Rey defense, Ladislao Tximitx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Gimenez. The Independiente Rey fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Gimenez should have stopped the shot. Cipriano Nevada kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Independiente Rey's Amador Gimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Tximitx in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Virreyes AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Generoso Oto hit a great ball. The long shot by Cleto Lauaxeta in the 64th minute really tested Alejo Raymundo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gonzalo Ulizes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejo Raymundo. Virreyes AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Casimiro Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Gurutz struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Amador Gimenez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Virreyes AFC. In the 72nd minute Ladislao Tximitx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Gimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Sebastian Gurutz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Gimenez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 79th minute, Cipriano Nevada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ladislao Tximitx came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Virreyes AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Tximitx couldn't finish the play. When Virreyes AFC's Cipriano Nevada in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Independiente Rey's goalie prevented a goal. Ladislao Tximitx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Amador Gimenez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Gurutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
