After having played for 10 minutes, Anacleto Cayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bombal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Cayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Anacleto Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Bilintx in the 26th minute of play forced LA NOXA's goalkeeper Cristo Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bombal's Anacleto Cayo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Lluciano in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Refugio saved Bombal from getting behind. Alberto Buinton might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felipe Refugio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Buinton ran back to his position shaking his head. 38 minutes into the match, Sergio Bilintx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Cordarell. LA NOXA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Bilintx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in LA NOXA's zone, Anacleto Cayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Cordarell came out of the goal and Anacleto Cayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the game, Bombal's Sergio Bilintx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristo Cordarell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Buinton to make the kick off. Sergio Bilintx scored 0-4 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristo Cordarell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anacleto Cayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cristo Cordarell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Buinton in the 60th minute of play forced Bombal's goalkeeper Felipe Refugio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edgard Jusepe fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA NOXA's protests and gave Edgard Jusepe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Edgard Jusepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Jusepe made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ladislao Dimas. When Sergio Bilintx came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Bombal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Bilintx couldn't finish the play. If Sergio Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristo Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Iztal, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Sergio Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Cordarell having to interfere. In the 84th minute Sergio Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Cordarell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorio Cordarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Cordarell having to interfere. Bombal's Felipe Refugio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Buinton in the 97th minute of play.
