To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th match minute, Pismanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Savier to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Arturo Santxol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Modesto Sarracino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Arturo Santxol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Modesto Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Arturo Santxol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
