Carmelo Leguizamón's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Sixto Miliano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sixto Miliano came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by DEPORTIVO MARGARITA's Carmelo Leguizamón. But to his dismay, Carmelo Leguizamón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a little luck, Tigre's Sixto Miliano got control of the ball when Carmelo Leguizamón tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eustaquio Jayvier struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Sixto Luix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigre. After 17 played minutes DEPORTIVO MARGARITA got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Hartz. Faustino Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Tuste hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Serafin Gabirel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Faustino Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tigre's Sixto Miliano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Argider in the 40th minute of play. Carmelo Leguizamón in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sixto Miliano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Serafin Gabirel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sixto Miliano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Leguizamón in the 47th minute. Carmelo Leguizamón received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sixto Miliano came out and tried to block the shot, but Carmelo Leguizamón slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Jayvier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Severino Argider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. DEPORTIVO MARGARITA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Leguizamón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Miliano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Constancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Carmelo Leguizamón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sixto Miliano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Tigre got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Jayvier. If Adolfo Constancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Hartz's late challenge caught a Tigre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Hartz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, DEPORTIVO MARGARITA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Hartz to maneuver through the defense. 98 minutes into the match, Severino Argider notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Tigre's Sixto Miliano. Sixto Miliano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. DEPORTIVO MARGARITA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
