With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Eriz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Benjamin Rafel came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the TORBELLINO MJL II fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Rafel couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Benjamin Rafel managed to get in a good position for a shot. TORBELLINO MJL II's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Rafel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Eriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustavo Soin made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Marcos Rivero sent off a good shot on target. Samoa Americana's Albano Weather shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gustavo Soin but with some difficulty. A hard shot 55 in the game by Benjamin Rafel from a close distance when the talented Edgardo Eriz managed to make a qualified save. Samoa Americana's players were relieved. Edgardo Eriz was a little too slow when Isidro Indalecio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-2. Eleuterio Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Cosme Cristos fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samoa Americana's protests and gave Cosme Cristos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute Benjamin Rafel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Eriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Benjamin Rafel lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Edgardo Eriz. Gustavo Soin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Cristos in the 77th minute of play. Gustavo Soin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 79th minute, Marcos Rivero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
