Severiano Chinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO booed when CaRnOtAuRuS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Ulizes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Laureano Nardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureano Nardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Samuel Urtzi made a huge save. After 11 played minutes CaRnOtAuRuS got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Senen. With a little luck, CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's Samuel Urtzi got control of the ball when Laureano Nardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Truylos came free, but Samuel Urtzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's Samuel Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Truylos in the 19th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Laureano Nardo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Samuel Urtzi. Samuel Urtzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Truylos in the 25th minute of play. After 29 played minutes CaRnOtAuRuS got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Nardo. 31 minutes into the game, Modesto Lorien was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CaRnOtAuRuS the free kick. In the 31st match minute, CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Lorien to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's zone, Alonzo Truylos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Urtzi came out of the goal and Alonzo Truylos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severiano Chinto hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Laureano Nardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Samuel Urtzi made a huge save. Laureano Nardos short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Samuel Urtzi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 45 in the game by Laureano Nardo from a close distance when the talented Samuel Urtzi managed to make a qualified save. CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's players were relieved. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Alonzo Truylos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 54 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Crispo. Samuel Urtzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Truylos, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Truylos in the 59th minute of play forced CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's goalkeeper Samuel Urtzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Quintin made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Jeremias Diegotxe sent off a good shot on target. Laureano Nardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Severiano Chinto came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Chinto couldn't finish the play. Alonzo Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th minute Alonzo Truylos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Urtzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, CaRnOtAuRuS's Laureano Nardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Urtzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Laureano Nardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Urtzi. CLUB ATLETICO RIO TERCERO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Nardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Alonzo Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Samuel Urtzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the CaRnOtAuRuS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
