Spectators: 6659 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) Vila AFC's Ernesto Inocente started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Vila AFC booed when Guernica AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Berart kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Romulo Mambru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Gasteiz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila AFC's Cayetano Remir. But to his dismay, Cayetano Remir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Guernica AFC's Mauro Gasteiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Hendzel in the 23rd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Guernica AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Inocente came free, but Mauro Gasteiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Gasteiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Inocente, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Leonardo Enetz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Guernica AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vila AFC were winning 0-2.

If Michal Hendzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute of the match, Michal Hendzel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mauro Gasteiz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Michal Hendzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Mauro Gasteiz made a huge save. Mauro Gasteiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Inocente in the 58th minute of play. Leonardo Enetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Gar having to interfere. In the 66th minute Aquiles Maureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Gar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michal Hendzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mauro Gasteiz made a huge save. With 73 minutes on the clock, Prospero Berart commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Lino Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Guernica AFC's Mauro Gasteiz got control of the ball when Michal Hendzel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michal Hendzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89thth minute of the game Lino Millrick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guernica AFC's Mauro Gasteiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Guernica AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Leonardo Enetz hit a great ball. When Leonel Lekubegi fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guernica AFC's protests and gave Leonel Lekubegi a yellow card for diving instead. Vila AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
