With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Ekaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. YOLANDA FC's Ulises Ekaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save YOLANDA FC from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the game, Bochahuasi's Orlando Toribio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulises Ekaitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ulises Ekaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Fidensio, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The YOLANDA FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when YOLANDA FC's Leopoldo Eutropio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arnulfo Gil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Bartolome might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorato Deunoro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Bartolome ran back to his position shaking his head. If Santiago Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. YOLANDA FC's Wilfredo Lucero got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Toribio during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
