Prudencio Bizis short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Prudencio Caitano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Amador Sal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Dubardo having to interfere. Elpidio Dubardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Sal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Gregorio FC's Miguel Egoi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amador Sal was the one to do the kick off. If Miguel Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Caitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Egoi in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Detractores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Bizi came free, but Prudencio Caitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Gregorio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Mirande to maneuver through the defense. Detractores FC's Mauro Eli got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Egoi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Prudencio Caitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Bizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Miguel Egoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prudencio Caitano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Prudencio Bizi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gregorio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Bizi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Caitano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Detractores FC's Clodoveo Ekialde got a free kick in the 81st minute. Prudencio Caitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Bizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Gregorio FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Esteve Paez hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Amador Sal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 96thth minute of the game Miguel Egoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Detractores FC's Prudencio Caitano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
