After a defensive mix-up in Polideportero's zone, Adriana Montxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Cresencio came out of the goal and Adriana Montxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Polideportero's Amado Cresencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Polideportero from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the game, CAM.FC's Adriana Montxo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Cresencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Prudencio Ferrer hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Isidoro Canor struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Anacleto Mambru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polideportero. Laureano Columbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Anacleto Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriana Montxo got free with Amado Cresencio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CAM.FC's Anacleto Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Columbo in the 34th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriana Montxo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidoro Canor during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 53 minutes into the game, one of Polideportero:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave CAM.FC a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adriana Montxo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Polideportero's Amado Cresencio. 4-0. Alejandro Castulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Polideportero's Anacleto Mambru threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laureano Columbo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alejandro Castulo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Cresencio having to make a save. If Laureano Columbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Segundo Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Ferrer hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Adan Ranolfo's late challenge caught a CAM.FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Ranolfo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Adan Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Calisto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Anacleto Mambru made a huge save. CAM.FC's Adriana Montxo got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Polideportero players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CAM.FC.
