Sumampa AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Edgardo Milian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Marcelino Cordaro hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Regis during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Julio Ostargi came out of the goal and Edgardo Milian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filiberto Cristofor succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Filiberto Cristofor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 minutes, Ricardo Blasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sumampa AFC and the Obdulio y diez más players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolas Galtero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Tiniebra, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelino Cordaro got free with Nicolas Galtero in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Virgilio Tiniebra took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Nicolas Galtero to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sumampa AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Obdulio y diez más had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
