Julian Escobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Barto in the 32nd minute of the match. Casimiro Ignado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Eutor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Ekain couldn't finish the play. The referee showed Lucio Barto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Polledo booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Barto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81st play minutes Aaron Ekain shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Casimiro Ignado and just under the crossbar into goal. Julian Escobar made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Lucio Barto sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Ramirez to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Eutor came free, but Casimiro Ignado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Boca Juniors players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Polledo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
