After 11 played minutes Los Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Ubendu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Bertran in the 20th minute of play forced Los Gladiadores's goalkeeper Salvador Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Bertran in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Salvador Argi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Ubendu hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gonzalo Bertran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Bertran struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Salvador Argi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abastense.fc. A collision led to Los Gladiadores getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Benicio Saturnin hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Gonzalo Bertran put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Salvador Argi. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the game, Gonzalo Bertran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abastense.fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Gladiadores the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, Abastense.fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Bertran to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Reynaldo Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Mincho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Salvador Argi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abastense.fc's Gonzalo Bertran got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gonzalo Bertran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Gladiadores's Gaudencio Loco was substituted for Reynaldo Vergaray. Rafael Rosio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Argi having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Gonzalo Bertran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abastense.fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Bertran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Argi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Gladiadores's Joakim Kinell was substituted for Lucas Etxahun. After a defensive mix-up in Abastense.fc's zone, Miguel Baptista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Mincho came out of the goal and Miguel Baptista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, Los Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Bertran came free, but Salvador Argi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Gladiadores's goalkeeper Salvador Argi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Argi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Rosio in the 80th minute of the match. Evaristo Ubendu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Joakim Kinell charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joakim Kinell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Los Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Ubendu. Gonzalo Bertran scored 0-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Salvador Argi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Bertran notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Los Gladiadores's Salvador Argi. Salvador Argi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Gaudencio Loco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Mincho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The Los Gladiadores fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Abastense.fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
