The supporters of New Swift booed when Tejeda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Jokin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Inge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Abel in the 47th minute of the match.

The Tejeda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidro Inge should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Reis in the 78th minute of play forced Tejeda's goalkeeper Isidro Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tejeda's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Romelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Tono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Odol in the 88th minute of play forced Tejeda's goalkeeper Isidro Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Generoso Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
