Diego Oihan's late challenge caught a Museo del Ascenso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Oihan helped the player get up and apologised. Diego Oihan kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Paulino Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pablo Goizeder to strike the kick off in the second half. Lisandro Fidensio made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Guido Birjaio sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Museo del Ascenso's Jonatan Pirmin got a free kick in the 54th minute. Lisandro Fidensio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pascual Suarez. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Llorian during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Museo del Ascenso's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Pablo Goizeder scored to the left of an out of position Lisandro Fidensio, making the score, 0-1. In the 82nd minute, Museo del Ascenso's Isaac Aznar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isaac Aznar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Museo del Ascenso protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isaac Aznar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Vinicio Tximitx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
