Notts County's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cândido Gaspar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of Notts County booed when Pelicurá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Gaitan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Orlo in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Amancio Felipo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pelicurá FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Notts County the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pelicurá FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Gervasio Dantel had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Jesus Oriol's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 65th minute, Cândido Gaspar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pelicurá FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Gervasio Salomone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Gaitan in the 73rd minute. When Hipolito Txindoki was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. Notts County's Bernabe Ishmael was substituted for Oddbjørn Berthelsen. The crowd rose to their feet as Pelicurá FC's Nicasio Orlo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gervasio Salomone. That made the score 0-4 after 86 minutes of play. When Bernabe Ishmael came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Notts County fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Ishmael couldn't finish the play. Nicasio Orlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Salomone having to interfere. Gervasio Salomone was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Cândido Gaspar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cândido Gaspar really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pelicurá FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
