When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Stegmann's Claudio Mateo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Mincho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Luix, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Narciso Luix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Mincho was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Tadeusz Maurycy's late challenge caught a Stegmann's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeusz Maurycy helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Maurycy. In the 66th minute Claudio Mateo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Mincho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Mincho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Mateo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Mincho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Mateo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano Mincho saved Talleres from getting behind. Claudio Mateo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Mincho having to make a save. Jeremias Truylos kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
