With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Elizardo in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Eleder saved Pucará FC from getting behind. Börje Asmundsson in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rene Eleder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 8th minute of the match, Börje Asmundsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rene Eleder was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rene Eleder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Elizardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 11 minutes, Nereo Vincente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Somisa and the Pucará FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club Somisa getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Nereo Vincente hit a great ball. If Anselmo Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Elizardo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rene Eleder came out and tried to block the shot, but Aristides Elizardo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Pucará FC's Rene Eleder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Pucará FC from getting a goal against them. In the 21st minute of the match, Aristides Elizardo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rene Eleder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Afonso De Jésus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Gonsalvo was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Gonsalve in the 32nd minute of play forced Club Somisa's goalkeeper Zeledon Gonsalvo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Rayman hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Pucará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Elizardo came free, but Rene Eleder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Pere, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Rene Eleder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Elizardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Afonso De Jésus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Eleder was a little too slow when Anselmo Rayman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Börje Asmundsson made a kick off. Rene Eleder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Elizardo in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Pucará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Rayman came free, but Rene Eleder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Anselmo Rayman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Somisa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 61 minutes into the match, Pucará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Elizardo came free, but Rene Eleder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Afonso De Jésus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pucará FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso De Jésus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Gonsalvo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute Anselmo Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeledon Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Gonsalve in the 71st minute of play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Aristides Elizardo sped through Pucará FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rene Eleder. Rene Eleder came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Somisa's Aristides Elizardo. But to his dismay, Aristides Elizardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Rene Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Elizardo in the 88th minute of the match. Afonso De Jésus took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Gonsalvo. Zeledon Gonsalvo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Club Somisa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
